a couple days ago I was playing air hockey with my DH and woke up with a sore shoulder... last night sitting at a football game I started having muscle cramps in my back and by the time I got home the muscles in my shoulder blade, along my spine under my arm pit were sore and pulling/ sore in my breast... I had DH rub it but it still hurts I took a warm shower and let the water hit it... my hot/cold pack is in the freezer I was going to put that on it.. anything else I can do?? is it safe to use icy hot/ bengay??

im on my 3rd day of the 30 day shred, and my legs feel like they got ran over by a truck. lol ive just been massaging them. i think massaging the muscles is the best thing to do. Also you can do some " windmills" swing your arms around in circles and it helps loosen up the muscles.

I did kickboxing before I got pregnant I would always soak in a hot tub, and then stretch and it would help.. I just can't get his part of my back to stretch... but I will have to try the windmills.... thanks!!
