When is a good time to recieve your first sonogram.
With my first pregnancy i didn't get one until they felt something was wrong, i was 11 weeks at that time.
I had to make an appointment somewhere else and had to wait a week(great i know, telling me something is really wrong and then make me wait a week!)

Here they do two (unless there are problems), the dating ultrasound around 12-13 weeks, and the anatomy ultrasound around 20 weeks.

I got mine at 6 weeks and 2 days because of a previous miscarriage my midwife wanted to put my mind at ease and make sure it wasn't tubal. I had my second [the anatomy scan.] at 19w 2d.

My first resulted in miscarriage, you think they would do one for me?
The thing about my doctors is, i hate how they don't own their own machine and i will have to make an appointment somewhere else and have to wait, it wont be easy with my full time job, the next off day i have is Thursday and i plan to make a doctor appointment and confirm my pregnancy then.
I think i want to change hospitals also..

Wow i don't think i could handle that many, i couldn't handle this one! What is chemical if you don't mind me asking. Yeah they gave me a sonogram after the bleeding slowed down and said everything had passed but then i went back to my doctor(i went to a different hospital) and he said i needed a D&C and was forced into it by my mother and boyfriend.

Chemical is when baby never develops enough to get a heartbeat, basically. A non-viable egg/sperm/embryo. Similar to a "blighted ovum"
