You should always get checked out after a fall while pregnant. Especially if you're in pain. Even if it's just to put your mind at rest. :)

I fell last week, My doctor told me to go to the hospital. I was hooked up and the baby was monitored for 4 hours. But I was 22 weeks, not sure if they would suggest you going in. Maybe call your doc and see what they suggest.

:!: especially we are not sure how you fell or what you hit or how you landed. Is better to be safe than sorry.

I fell at 25 weeks down 4 stairs. I landed on my hands and knees but went to the ER anyways and they got me hooked up to a monitor and baby turned out fine. Regardless of how you fell, getting on the fetal monitor will ease your mind. Out of state or not, they will do it for you.
