My son is almost a month old and he keeps making grunting noises like he is either constipated or gassy, i'm not sure which one. I have been giving him simulac for gas and fussiness and when that wasnt working i gave him infant gas relief drops but that takes forever to kick in. Does anyone know what can help my poor baby boy?

Is he just making noises? Grunting is common in infants and it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong

He pooped earlier this morning at 6, but it wasn't much, it was just a dab on the diaper. The gas relief is starting to kick in but i feel like it takes forever to kick in...

He is sticking his butt in the air and pulling his knees up.

Quoting Jayces Mommy :):" He is sticking his butt in the air and pulling his knees up."

Try massage, bicycling the legs, and a wet warm washcloth on the belly
