You have more definition in your waist. I lost 76 pounds 2 years ago and was so proud. I got pregnant and gained most of it back and am starting to lose it again. I'm 5'7 and 185 so I want to lose 45 this time.
Keep up the good work, I know it's hard but you will feel amazing when you reach your goal.

I can tell a difference in the waist. BTW, I have those pants too! I can see you'll have a nice 6 pack when you reach your goal! Good luck!

yeah i had my 3rd and last one in july so I am trying to lose some weight. I have done it in the past but this time just seems like a struggle. Sucks but I wont give up.

Im a big girl too mama....Ive been doing the shred all summer. I do notice a difference in your pics, and I think its in all the same areas as my loss, your bum looks good, your arms smaller belly and collar bone area.

I dont lose weight either...but I think its cause we are firming so much muscle, and muscle wieghs more then fat...but if we keep at it we will start melting cause muscle burns more calories then fat.

I started going on my treadmill after, I run for 5 mins and increase it everyday by 30 seconds, Im at about 8 or 10 depending on how much I keep up with it lol.

Ive had to teach myself its a marathon, not a sprint.

sorry...wanted to add...did you measure ? If not, DO IT!! I lost 4 inches off my mommy tummy, 1.5 off my waist and 2 off my b**bs last time I measured.


I just restarted level 2...and she is kicking my ass, Im gonna measure again after AF arrives and leaves in a week or 2

I would have measured but don't have anything to do it with. I'll have to buy one this weekend. And yea I'm on day 16 tomorrow and level 2 is hard. But I still bust my ass. I wish I had a treadmill. I got 3 kids so finding time to do my work out it hard. But I get it done. Once my youngest sleeps threw yhe night it will be much easier.
