Quoting Leigh Riggins:" or they might just take it from his check for you"

wage garnishment is almost a joke imo. My father AND my brother evaded this by simply getting themselves fired, moving, or quitting off and on lol only paying enough to evade jail time for the mean time. It was all about revenge. OP, you should still try, but be prepared to start kicking ass and getting a solid job. It's better than taking that bullshit. Don't let a man control you like that

I work a piddly ass minimum wage job right now.. only way i see to get a job that could possibly support a child is to go to school. That just seems nearly impossible all by myself.

manufactoring jobs are a little more difficult, but you'll end up having medical/dental and often times a life insurance policy with a decent wage. No excuses. Excuses will only hurt you

You should go to school. I'm sure you would qualify for grants. Or even a shorter program like dental assistant or something.

Quoting Lynsey(::" that would be great if they could do this! It just makes me so sad that he thinks of me this way? & if he's always thought this then why was he even with me to begin with?! ugh."

Why? One word: Control. That's why.

Been there done that.
