I just did the 30 day shred for the first time, didn't think that it was actually going to do anything . Holy hell was I wrong I struggled to keep up ( especially with a small child crawling over you everytime you had to lay down LOL ) but I did it, my arms hurt, my legs are like jelly, my face is red and I'm sure ill feel my abs in the morning ! All this pain is strangly a good feeling.



1 day down 29 days to go, just hope I can keep my motivation for the rest of the 29 days :/

Lol sounds tough but you got through it! Good luck and just stay positive and think of the results you want. Good luck :D

I did one day of it and never touched it again haha. I want to, but I was sore for FOUR days after that ONE workout lol. Totally kicks your ass!

I cannot wait to work out again!!! Where do you get the videos for the 30 day shred?? Seems like a lot of mommas here use it.. I usually do my pole exercises but it's been a year since my last work out on the pole. so I kinda wanna get my strength back up before jumping to that again.. I also hate gyms so that's outta the question..

I started last week. got 2 days had my paraguard put in so i hurt like hell and didnt do anymore. I need to start again lol

I cant do it 30 days straight as i have said in another post but am determind to do this . I want my body back and want to be a little skinnier for a wedding in November .



I will be updating after I have completed each 10 day section. Come on girls we can all do it :)

i have been doing my shred since sunday.i skipped monday for my rest day..i will skip monday every week to keep it even. i lost 35 after my first pregnancy 32 after my second kid and hoping to do the same this time around..i didnt change my diet.i cut out soda and junk but if i want one i get it. im not gonna deprive myself cuz that leads to failure.i do limit myself to a junk mess up twice a week..all i have really changed is i drink over 62 oz of plain water everyday and it makes a difference..im gonna be posting my weekly pics starting on sunday to keep track and stay with it. yall r welcome to join me! good luck! its sooo worth it
