My daughter is almost 3 and im down to my prepregnacy weight but I still have my loose belly. Anybody have some at home exercises that have worked to get rid of this annoying pouch. Im not looking do buy any DVDs just need some easy quick effective exercises for my gut.
I bet sit ups would help tighten that mid section have you tried doing those?
im not good at sit-ups lol i carried low so i need an all over ab work out. im 122 lbs but i feel bigger with my gut. its fine when i suck it in but im sick of having to do that. me and my boyfriend are both trying to get bodies were are comfortable in and for me that means getting rid of this ugly thing. along with the love handles.
