Probably about and hour, 4-5 days a week... : ) Good to keep your figure lean!
I run anywhere from 10 to 20 miles a week. Usually 30 min a day 5 or 6 days a week.
They have apps of your phone that can track your run via gps and tell you exactly how far and fast you went. Pretty nifty!
I do 50-70 minutes a day on the elliptical, 4-5 days a week. Sometimes 6.
It comes out to about 12 miles a week
