Tylenol and a coke isnt going to do anything except help with the headaches. I would consult your Dr again and if she gives you the same advice go in for another opinion. It may even be worth going to urget care or ER because then you have a different Dr who will prescribe something while talking to your Dr but the thing is they look at it from different angels. It may be worth a try I personally have never gotten dizzy so bad that I fell over but if thats the case then you really need to notify your Dr of that because it isnt good for you or the baby to be falling over. It could be some underlying medical problem she has yet to consider because she only took it for the basics she didnt take it for you fall over because it gets so bad. As for your boss well not much to do about him except say Fuck off inside your head and resume working. Alot of boss's care about pregnant women and that they get the help they need and some dont. Unfortunatly sounds like you have one of the jerkoffs who dont give a damn about anything except making rate. Keep your chin up at work and do your best and let your Dr know you fell over in the shower and if she still doesnt seem to care consider another OB or atleast a second opinion.

your blood pressure easily flucuates when changing positions or moving to quickly during pregnancy. my doc says to use the 10count rule when changing positions to allow a gradually flucuation. when getting up from a lying position, slowly sit up (count to 10) then put your feet on the floor and slowly stand (count to 10 b4 taking a step). from sitting to standing do the same minus the 1st part(lying down)

It happens to me often in this pregnancy. It's most likely low blood sugar or low blood pressure. Eating something always helps

so today the doctor said that the reason i am getting dizzy is bc my blood vessels have dilated and my blood flow has not started flowing as fast as it should bc my body is changing. she said all these symptoms and headaches should be gone by 20 weeks. pray they go away bc i feel terrible. :(
