I only get it when I get above 22. But I am also all muscle once I get that low. Usually I maintain an 18, so I hate getting pregnant and seeing my muscle disappear into fat :(

Jillian micheals! I LOVE HER! Lol I also push to do at least an hour of cardio a week, and if I have time I will throw a gym workout in here and there to keep things interesting. I have most of Jillians DVDS and am so looking forward to her body revolution ( is finally available in Canada)!

I swear certain mirrors make it soooo much worse looking to! I walk by one mirror in my house and it's not so bad and then I walk by the one in my room and it's soooo bad. haha.

I have been wanting to try her, I hear a lot of good about her, what did you eat on a reg basis while losing weight?

Me personally, I can't diet, I cant count calories.. none of it works for me. When I do that stuff it stresses me out and makes weight loss another stress in my life. So instead I focus on eating healthy, and general portion control. I follow Canada's food guide. Lots of people try to cut out dairy and a lot of wheats and grains etc.. I am just mindful of not eating too much. I enjoy eating a chocolate bar now and again, once and a while I order pizza etc. I feel like treating yourself is necessary (in moderation). I eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. I try really hard to make my biggest meal of the day breakfast, that way I have energy for the day and an entire day to start working it off. I do not drink pop, ever.. for me that's just because I don't really even enjoy it. If I'm craving a sweet drink I will make juice at home (buying a juicer is one of the best purchases of my life). Juicing has extreme benefits on it's own - and is really great if you don't have the time for a full meal, or just to get some extra nutrients. I try to drink a glass of water right before all my meals to make me fill up a bit quicker and eat less. Basically, It's a lifestyle that can be maintained in my opinion. I pre cut fruits and vegs. to make for easy convenient snacks etc!

Yeah thats kinda how i am. I never count calories...Main reason being i love food to much and if im hungry im gunna eat. We have a juicer as well. Throw some apples and oranges in instant juice! so yummy.
I have a weakness for pop...Altho im down to drinking one a week. If that. Yay me!

Gradual changes are the best, much more likely to succeed if you don't try changing everything you've been doing for years over nights. You'll notice that those small changes will all start to make a big difference. Carrot juice is supposed to have absolutely incredible health benefits, so I try to drink that often. SO hates carrot juice so I just mix it with fruit juices, and he barely notices it!
