I don't have experience in helping children to cope but from my own experiences the most you can do is let them be sad and let them know it's healthy to be that way for awhile. Let them talk about her whenever they want to. I've lost some family members but it was the loss of a dear friend that has been the hardest for me. He died suddenly about ten years ago and my husband and I still talk about him a lot.

Really depends on what it is and how intense it is. I'm doing zumba twice a week and walking. But my zumba class is not THAT intense and I just don't do any crunches or stuff like that. I'm sure it will get more difficult the bigger I get though.

No sorry, not familiar with that. I'd just take it easy, I'm really not sure what kind of exercise is okay and what isn't. Doesn't running seem like too much? Maybe too much jiggling? LOL. Idk!

I was training for a 5K in November.. but since I had been on and off about it since August ( I was doing couch to 5k).. I decided that I'll just jog half of the 5k.. especially since I just m/c'd in June.

Oh okay gotcha! Can't hurt to cut back a little bit, I'm sure you'll be okay though.

I'm OCD about cleanliness and I'm too sick to clean so I feel like my house is a pigsty.

I had to quit right now cause I'm too nauseous to get out of bed. I just asked if I could get Zofran, so we'll see how that helps.
