to get up and let Jillian kick my out of shape ass. Today I'm just doing the ab bits, so maybe it won't be as bad as the cardio is to me. Wish me luck d:

I had to take a break because I blew out my knee and I am having the hardest time starting up again. 2 hours on e elliptical, sure no problem, but 20 minutes with Jillian....yeah....

That's why I stopped the first time. I want to get started again.

This was my progress from only being able to do it a week and then the rest of the month I just did the abs parts...

Oh, no Jillian is a beast. I can't even do a solid 10 minutes, yet I can go out in the hot ass outside and walk/jog with sweat POURING down my face.
I ended up not feeling...worked out enough from just the ab parts, so I did some strength too.
But I'm so out of shape, it's not even funny. I know I've done good, it's been 8 days since I've started to eat better and excersise. But I'll feel like I've accomplished something when I can withstand the whole 20 minutes with Jillian.

I can see a difference! I'm so ready to be able to compare my pictures. I took some last Tuesday, and I'm waiting til this coming up Tuesday to take more pictures, so it'll be a 2 week difference.

I could only do 10 minutes the first time I tryed it, and it hurt my feet SO bad. That's when I decided I'd break up the abs, cardio, and strength for every other day, and walk/jog on the days I don't do it.

Woohoo!

I was shocked at how much change I had in only 12 days. I didn't lose weight but I definitely lost inches :)

Right! it's crazy.

I'm not worried about weight. That's just numbers. I've been focusing on inches :D

Eating better and exercising has changed my life. When I first started I could barely walk around the block. I still have a long way to go but I have come so far, I can't ever give this up.

I use to walk my son around the block, but I'd quit after a couple of days. But this time, I've been walking, jogging, and doing parts of the 30 DS and I've been so sore. I told SO I'd feel like a jackass if I quit after all the sweating and soreness and work I've done.
