Quoting Growing a Sea Monkey :D:" Oooooohhhh I like that! Now I think I might look at the Bugaboo's!!!"
Definitely! They are amazing strollers. The Bee+ is one of my absolute faves...it's compact, light weight, built for city life...but I can take it anywhere. I love all the customizing, our last 2 Bugaboo's I bought custom canopies [I think there are pics in my "Home Stuff" album]...this time, I stuck with the Bugaboo canopies & added a liner. I just switched from Hot Pink [summer] to a Deep Purple [for fall]...
Custom liner...it's actually made for our BOB Revolution, but fits perfectly on our Bee+ and Quinny Zapp Xtra.

i personally dont think youd need a double...ur older one is almost 4! Definitely cross off the Hauck off your list...those strollers are so easily broken, and their seats are hard as steel...so just stay away from that. I also agree with Chele, out of the 4 the Uppa Baby, but if u can splurge on the bee, id get that!

watch your weight limits if you decide to go with a double. At nearly 4, your child may be over the weight limit already on many strollers. The side by side doubles that are more heaftier looking like the bumble ride, valco, mountain buggy etc tend to have higher weight limits than other strollers
