My LO is 5 days old and last night my milk came in. I'm not BFing so I don't want it to come in!
What can I do to ease the pain? I swear that my poor b**bs are bruised and I'm filling up pads.

Ice packs, and avoid too much exposure to warmth (like in the shower, etc.) until it settles down. It's gonna hurt like crazy for a few days, but it'll go away eventually. :)

This sounds weird, but get some cabbage leaves and put them on there! I did this and it helped so much..I was completely shocked. Look online for directions on what to do
