Ok.. I have that wonderful loose skin left from my second child. I know losing weight helps it go down but I wanna see pics to keep me motivated. My belly isn't too bad but I know it's gonna be more noticeable once I lose the weight that I want to.

I hate to sound like a b***h but that's not 'loose skin' . You mean left over baby weight lol

Ya that too lol. I can pinch a bunch of it though and feels like just skin :(

weightlifting and strength training will tighten your skin :)

yesss! tons of water...atleast 8 cups a day. I know it's hard to drink that much but it will slow down your appetite and you're less likely to munch on junk food

Oh yes.. that is true! And I'm pretty sure I've looked at all the before & after's :( haha!
