Quoting *3 boys and me*:" you dont need the whole 9 months to decide to kill him, you'd probably only need about a day, a week tops"

and to consider, and act upon killing a child that you just gave birth to, you cant be mentally stable. you have to have some mental problems to want to plan out the murder of your own child. adult or not.

Oh an observation?? Because you said it was common sense. Sooo which is it?

Yes I've thought about killing my children :roll:

My husband is 1 semester away from getting his political science degree, we talk about laws all the time. We recently talked about murder charges. The rule for premeditation is it has to be enough time for a reasonable person to second guess the decision. I think a day is good enough personally to change someones mind about killing someone.

Yeah, we're not talking about premeditation laws though

You pipped in saying that she probably only needed to think about killing her child for a day or a week or so...how do you know?

I meant in order for it to be considered premeditation

I'm telling you Nancy Grace is a slime ball. She shouldnt be on the air. She'll have people thinking that Mother Theresa killed someone. Talk about tainting a jury before it even goes to court. This will become a circus before they come to a conclusion on how to try the poor girl.

Do you feel anything for the baby though?

I think it should have some sort of justice from the pain and suffering from the minute he was pried out until his painful death.

While I hate Nancy Grace, it wont taint the jury at all... look at the Casey Anthony case. She did that case A LOT and it they still found her not guilty.

I can't stand that. lol. She brings it up in every show.

I don't care for her. She is the devil, but I do like hearing all the people on the show and their thoughts and facts.

I wonder if she realizes the only reason she's on the air is because she's so absurd.
