I am very overweight and just started a diet/exercise routine. When I exercise, even simple things such as low impact aerobics or walking hurts. Even just walking around the grocery store or walmart my legs hurt so bad. I know my weight plays a part in this, but in the meantime is there any thing I could do to lessen the pain while working out and such? I'm also pretty flat footed, could this have an impact as well?
do you have good shoes? as in no sneakers but real walking/hinking shoes, that seemed to help me a bit
I bought like a 9 dollar pair of walmart danskin shoes. I don't know that their very good. What are the best shoes for running/walking?

I have asics for excersize, and Columbia shoes for long walks
