You can be healthy either way and people should really try and not judge! I know many skinny girls who have been picked on and they would love to put on weight.

Quoting ♛Queen Boo♛:" When your body type begins to affect your health then this is a problem! Too big, too skinny, both can be bad. On the other hand people have health issues which make them both ways too."

And just to quote, I mean when people are not looking after themselves. This still does not give other people are reason to put people down!

My sister always wanted to be a little thicker.... she wanted curves and for her ribs to not show. She honestly just has a high ass matabalism (cannot spell that!) and doesn't gain weight.

I've seen this too, they can eat and eat but does not make a difference! Used to laugh and say I would like to swap but it must be so hard for them!

I still say it! My sister is now 47 and has two kids and never lost her "shape". She is fine with it all now but she says when she hits 50 she is getting b**bs! haha

The idea of not fitting into the "perfect size" and still being happy or confident? That's intolerable for some people."</blockquote>

I believe this discomfort stems from an inability to be comfortable with yourself and being angry that someone whom has a body that is far from the ideal body can enjoy themselves. There are also those who work their ass off to look a certain way and see those who have rejected that standard. I think that must make certain individuals feel like their work is threatened with invalidation.

And I think a lot of fat people have been embittered by a by their experiences in a fat-phobic culture. I used to be this way. Thin girls telling me how fat they were was interpreted as an attention ploy at my expense.... Among other things. I can see how a very thin girl may feel similar when told to eat a cheeseburger.

I'm smoker :( I really want to give up, something I really just need to get on and do! Sure it has not helped! Been thinking about a face peel but not sure if they really work, lol.
