I am 25 years old and am 29 weeks pregnant. I am looking for someone who is in a similar situation to me to talk to. I am married, having my first child. I have a 17 year old step daughter. I am a first time mom and don't know much about what's going on with my body. I have a pregnancy book that I read everyday but I think it would be nice to have someone to talk to that knows what I'm going through and in is a similar point in their life and pregnancy as I am. I am looking for someone who is willing to talk to me now and then to share stories and what you're going through, kind of a sounding board for moral support? Maybe this is silly, I just thought it would be nice to have someone to talk to who understands what I'm going

There are lots of women in a similar position here.
And those of us that aren't will try to help as much as possible.

Hey, I'm 23 & on baby number 2 now.. I just read your profile. I had a miscarraige after trying to conceive for almost 2 years. Then got pregnant with my son a month after miscarrying. I feel much wiser & more informed now that I'm on my 2nd pregnancy & find myself doing lots of personal research and thirsting for knowledge on the whole birth front... Although, I did end up having a c-section with my son, so now I feel some resentment toward my Dr. & the hospitals. I now understand why they do what they do.. I'm now planning on having a home birth VBAC (vag. birth after cesarean) with a midwife & so far everything is going great! I'm 34 weeks now :) Parentank me!
