My middle finger and the tip of my ring finger have been numb for like 2 weeks or so now. My OB said I had carpel tunnel from pregnancy and I was hoping it would pass quickly after having the babies but nope..still numb as fuck and when I sit here on the laptop for too long my whole hand goes numb! It's so annoying. Also if I sit too long my upper left thigh goes numb...not quite sure what that one is about...

Maybe it's just going to take some extra time from the delivery for it to go away?

I just hope it does go away! It's my dominant hand so it's really annoying to have a numb finger lol

I go to a chiropractor for my carpal tunnel. I can usually go every 3-4 months for an adjustment before going back.

I'd give it till your 6 week pp checkup and if it hasn't gone away by then, maybe go see a different doctor about it?

I had CT before pregnancy but it went away for a while. Pregnancy made it come back with a vengeance. My fingertips were numb for weeks. Im 3 1/2 weeks pp and it finally went away. Although my wrist still bothers me every now and then. Once the edema goes down, you will start to get feeling back.

Thank you, I've never really had it outside of pregnancy but omg....it's been terrible this pregnancy and I wake up and my arm and hand hurt sooo bad.

Mine didn't fully go away until about 4ish moths pp... All 4 fingers on each hand (not the thumb) were numb... I'm sure your's will go away even sooner. :)

Yeah, the carpal tunnel and edema are two things I dont look forward to next time around. The last month of pregnancy was horrible. Before that, despite some issues, it was a breeze. haha
