I am down to the weight I was before I had dd. I didn't diet or anything but I want to tone up my stomach and butt. I don't even know were to start I know I have to kick the sodas thats my main problem, and to start a routine of exercising. I just honestly don't know were to start will you ladies help me please????

I used to work out before I had little one run 5 days a week and worked out 3 days a week, but I ate whatever I wanted. I can't do that now because I can't workout like that. I was just wandering what little things I could do to make it better. Thanks

I posted earlier today for the same thing. Some ladies gave me some good ideas if you want to look at my post for more help. Im also watching to see what advice you might get different from my results this afternoon. Good luck!

If your looking for something around the house you can always jog up and down the stairs that helps with the legs and belly a bit to

to be honest after i had my little boy i let myself go then my mom had my little brother in feb and we was browsing workouts to do at home other than jogging a squats and we got this and WOW its toning my butt lifting it and my back fat LOL but i feel great.. you can email me and ill give u the site to get it.
