I like running, but I run outside and do bleachers and crunches, pushups as i run. I tried the 30day shred and it is hell on my knees. Ive tried several times but my knees hate her!

You are hardcore!haha I'm so out of shape it is all going to be painful. I did notice that with the knees.

If I ever tried to run up bleachers I would either be lacking quite a few teeth or have broken bones. Lol.

lol, i have to become healthier, i havent been able to run lately though, i screwed up my ankle and it still hasnt healed :( i have a 5k in a couple weeks too. Im just hoping to finish!!



Im no pro, im 190lbs and 5'2 so i have a bit of weight, but im trying to be a healthier me.

lol, i really like doing them, they hurt so bad, but they work so many muscles. the bleachers I run our are pretty wide steps so they arent as easy, however my dog does them with me so i try to beat her so she doesnt trip me as I am going down.

I'm now 130 pounds at 5' 7" and have well defined muscles. I like to run better but I know I need to add weights for muscle defintion and toning. I also like her Ripped in 30 and No More Trouble Zones

I lost a total of 18 inches (off my waist, hips, thighs and upper arms) in 2 weeks on the 30 day shred but only lost 4lb in weight so inch loss is better than weight loss so make sure to measure as well as weigh yourself. After day 5 I got bored of her voice and turned the sound off and put my own music on. On day 2 of level 3 now.
