So, I've never been the kind of person to go and work out. But, That being said I've always been pretty active, during my schooling years i played field hockey, then after school I had my first born to chase around. Now, That I have a newborn and its getting cooler outdoors. I'm looking for a way to shed my baby fat for the coming summer, [Just because I had two kids doesn't mean I need to look like I have.] So, with everything that's in play now, I want to find a way to work out, indoors with my boys.
How did you get yourself back in gear?? How'd you get your little one to join in? Did you set up a scheduled days to work out?/ How did it go for you ?
