My weight lost story user banned

I have lost 10 kg weight within 15 weeks through cardio exercises and veggies diet foods.
I mostly take green tea, grapefruit juice, and vegetables soups for my weight reduction.
I think it is great success for me to lose 10 kg in 15 days, I will carry my these weight loss efforts to get my ideal body weight.

Make sure you're eating plenty of foods to stay healthy and fill up. You cant have a diet of soups and juices for the rest of your life. And once you stop, the weight will come right back on.
