Squeeee thanks to portion control, healthy balanced eating and at least 30 min excersise a day, I've lost;



............................Drum roll please.............................. 4 kg or 8.8lbs in the last 2 months :D



That is taking me from 141 lbs (64 kg) to 132.3 lbs and my goal weight is 125.7 lbs (or 57 kg). My other goal though is to be healthy, toned and happy.



Anyone else have fitness and weight loss goals they want to share?

Someone on BG just posted something about losing weight and another woman posted a cool website that I am going to try out that guides you on what you should do.

That's awesome! I feel better carrying less weight, I know I was not at a healthy weight for my body.

I'd love a treadmill for home, I'd park it right in front of the t.v lol. You look great but I can understand wanting to lose a few kilos and get fit.

Balanced diet and exercise are two basic factors for losing weight.
Don't eat too much,drink maximum water.Say no to junk and fatty foods.
Exercise is necessary for being healthy and lose weight.Running,swimming,squats,push ups,weight lifting,are amazing for burning fats.Take proper sleep and avoid smoking.
