Yeah, I started to change my life at 3 months PP and have made exercise and healthy food a part of my life. I just think breast feeding is getting in the way of the last 10 lbs.

In the beginning I was really strict about what I ate, and was only consuming one meal a day, DON'T DO IT, but I started to slip a bit. Then I started using myfitnesspal and keeping on a 1200 calorie a day diet. I also consume chicken broth throughout the day so I don't always feel like snacking. Oh and there for awhile I was doing the Turbo Jam videos and they were helping loads! Just too busy and lazy to do them now haha.:)
