I just started my workout yesterday. I started with a friend, but we try to do the workouts together, but she lives a good 25 minutes away. Today I went to her house cause I had to go to the clinic right after. We walked for about 45 minutes. Then when I got home I tried out the zumba cd she had. Boy thats hard. I did the basic ones first. I'm spanish and I don't know the steps. Thats not good. So maybe I will learn now.

I recently set my workout plan.
Now my daily workout plan is:
Push ups: 25,
Pull ups: 25,
Sits ups: 50,
Jogging : 15 minutes,
Swimming: 15 minutes.
