Anyone tried it? I have two ladies that are trying to get me to sign up with them. I have been considering it, but I am not sure if I can afford it. Just wondering what others have thought of the plan before I even make a decision.

It is my experience that you can better afford to buy and prepare your own food with better results. These types of fads are money suckers.

Quoting mommy4916:" my sister tried it and she also tried the body by vi shakes too. they kinda worked she lost about 10 ... [snip!] ... worked she lost about 10 lbs, but put it back on when she couldnt afford the stuff anymore. she said its not really worth it."

That was kinda how I was feeling too. I am doing weight waters now, and have lost 50 pounds, so it seems to be working, but I was thinking if it works I might try. One of the ladies has lost 40 pounds in about 3 months, since her baby was born. I think I might just stick with Weight Watchers. I feel it teaches you how to portion rather that giving you already portioned food.

My friend got medifast food samples from her work and I tried some of them, they were absolutely disgusting. Just eat healthy and count calories, that is literally the best way to lose weight.
