start back to my normal workout routines? Before pregnancy I walked 1-3 miles a day and did Zumba every day (sometimes every other day). During pregnancy I walked 1-3 miles in the beginning then cut it down to 1/2 to 1 mile once it got tiring near the end but cut out the Zumba completely from the beginning. I have been walking 1/4 of a mile since the day I delivered but I'm dying to get back into Zumba and working back up to walking 3 miles again. I haven't started anything hard yet but when can I?!
EDIT: I had my son 9/26/12 he is 3 weeks old today
6 weeks is the earliest you should start heavily working out
Walking, or light yoga is fine to do (as long as you aren't taking it to the extreme)
