Quoting CrapBag [VBA2C]:" from what I gather, melatonin does work - depending on what the sleep issue is. If they have a hard ... [snip!] ... is. If they have a hard time falling asleep but then stay asleep and can wake at a normal time, melatonin is a good solution."

Myles sometimes wakes up. Like, it happens real randomly though. Last night he was up from about 1-3:30am but then he could go a week or so before it happens again. Then some weeks, he'll get up 3 or 4 nights. He also has a hard time falling asleep

our light came!
I wonder if they could make it brighter :/ lol
my kitchen was a mess from making dinner, taking toys away and grocery shopping.

So I don't clog the pto, I will post updates here.

Last night, we did light 515-545.
He wanted to go to bed at 7. He started asking for bed while at day care.
Didn't fall asleep until almost 10 (poor guy)
Up at 5! No wake ups. That's an hour later then usual!

I thought I'd post an update for anyone still sub'd.

He has slept until 6 every day with the exception of Thursday night. At 9, I felt bad because he still wasn't sleeping so I gave him a melatonin. He went right to sleep... but woke for the day at 4 :( but now I know the culprit. Life is much better, if I could get Reese back to sleeping all night! :x they trade off.
