What are they? Leg stuff mostly i'm guessing.
I used to go to the gym daily, and now, i don't.
I toned up after baby one, at home, just working out til 3am every day,
Baby 2 i hit the gym
But now with two sets of stairs in my house,
and feeling what they've done to my legs so far just from daily whatevers,
i'm wondering if i can put 'em to good use?

be the dork running up 'n down her own stairs? :D

anyone do this?

lol, i go to the gym and still try to use the stairs! i read about a lady losing 50 lbs after birth just by holding her baby while running up and down. Idk if i'm up for all of that, but i may add some small weights eventually.

oh awesome!! we just moved here a few weeks ago, and i hadn't been working out prior to it, and i woke up and was just like, 'damn, my legs are KILLING me" like i had just been at the gym the day before..then realized it was just going up 'n down the stairs! and now i'm excited about utilizing the stairs :D

I do that, but worse I'm the dork doing that on the stairs infront of my house, lol.

I think it's legs and butt, but it also raises the heart rate. Everything you'd get from a stair master basically.

haha! :D i think about it and i just know my daughter is 1) gonna try to follow me up 'n down at first, confused. then 2) just stare at me like i'm nuts :D

My legs and butt would love a great work out!

haha. I do it when the kids are sleeping, but the neighbors look at me like I'm nuts. I really like the work out! It's surprisingly hard once you start doing it a lot.

and i don't doubt that at all! i get whiney at the end of the day when i'm on the 3rd floor and realize i've left something downstairs and my legs just don't wanna do 2 sets of stairs, haha. but i definitely wanna keep things as toned as possible throughout this pregnancy so i'm not kicking myself in a few months after i have the baby :P

you have guts, i don't think i'd do it outside. There is this lady that works out outside though, with soup cans and stuff. it's kind of awkward when taking the garbage out. lol

Shoot, I'd go for it! I go to the gym at our apartments and hop on the eliptical (sp?) I could crush a walnut with my b********s I bet.

After a while, it's nothing...You'll be so use to those stairs it won't even phase you anymore :)

Yea, I hear ya. Smart thinking...at least you care about exercising and staying in shape. That's good! Me....I just shoveled all the food down my face. Which is why I'm at the gym now. You look like you're in pretty good shape anyway. I'm sure you won't have to work too hard :)
