Whats a healthy weight loss goal for two months? What's attainable, and 'healthy'. Just curious. I have a goal for what I want to lose in 2 months. But I want to hear your feedback before I tell :twisted:
2 lbs a week is considered healthy.
1-2 lbs a week is a healthy weight loss and the slower you lose weight the longer it stays off.
Like everyone else said, 1-2lbs a week is healthy.. you may lose 3 or 4 a week at first from water weight.
I have a goal to lose 15 kg in two month and I understand I will succeed to achieve my this weight loss goal because I am doing work hard for my weight loss and fitness improvement.
I am doing regular exercises at least two hours daily and follow a strict diet plan for the fat burning and weight reduction.
