i'm going to cry i though i was losing weight but guess what i gained weight ugh i was 285 now i'm 293 i'm going to cry i kinda know what i gained weight i have been depressed lately cause with the change of the season i haven't been able to get outside so i'm making me a list of stuff to do everyday and they are
-go outside at least an hour a day with riley and go for a walk or just play in the yard (if it is raining walk up and down the hallway for 2 hours)
-turn on some music and dance goofy or just for fun for at least an hour
-do my 30 day shed no matter how tired i am
- make sure i eat healthier (more salad please)
- no more caffeine(besides 1 cup of coffee in the morning to help with my breathing)
-drink more ice water
-only get a treat once a week
also i think it is stress too about money and making sure we have enough for everything if you know what i mean
if someone could email me every day to ask me if i have done them that way i will be on top of it
i'm also thinking about trying the home made body wrap that i found the recipe for online i just dont know where the heck to get seaweed clay at

If it makes you feel better when i started working out I gained also....it took about 6 weeks for me to see any difference AT ALL on the scale.

It's okay. I think your new plan will help you out a lot. Especially the drinking lots of water and staying active.



I hit up the gym for an hour and 40 minutes whenever I get the chance and get my cardio in via treadmill or elliptical. That, and drinking tons of water have made a HUGE improvement for me..Also, try to relax and not stress so much. Maybe we can keep each other on track?

i eat alot of baked and grilled chicken (with light seasoning) unless we are out all day then i make my itliaian dressing chicken (in the crock pot)
lots f fresh veggies
i love smoothies
but we do have chicken nuggets & french fries every other weekend with the step kids
also my husband is itialian so we have alot of pasta

dont get upset the stress only makes it worse! im in you boat too i was doing awesome i was lossing really good then i gained it back and a little extra i felt like crap i felt like all my work was for nothing so i sat on my ass for a few months i can tell you now that DID NOT help me and strength i had built up i lost so now its harder for me. im trying to start back up i wanna be healthy and look good too. we can do it dont let the little set back discourage you! YOU CAN DO IT! your a strong women! the hardest part is starting your going to hit bumps in the road but thats ok we all do were human but dont stop keep pushing on! youve got this girl! dont be like me it may not feel like it today but you have come along way dont lose how far youve come because of a little set back
