How to make the next few weeks go by?! Roper Due December 16; Wyoming 246 posts

I'm 31 weeks pregnant and I'm going crazy at home! I don't work which is making me depressed because I feel useless. I've cleaned every crack and crevice in the house.. I don't know what to do!

What are some things you did to keep yourself busy the last few weeks of pregnancy?

Yeah if its your first, SLEEP AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!!! I'm so sad I cant sleep the day away because I have a 3 yr old.

I'm enjoying getting my last few nights of full sleep though.

Go to the theater... because you're lucky if that will happen again in the next year. Get a pedicure, get a hair cut or style or something. Seriously pamper yourself. I wish I had the opprtunity to do that this time

I taught myself to crochet, it's super easy! I madethe baby a blanket and all3 of the older kids scarves for the winter. And I baked,a lot. My neighbors loved me because I was always bringing over treats because I made too much. And pick up some good books.

Lol I'm glad I'm not the only one going crazy! I have even resorted to trying and cleaning my mans parents house! they were watching me like I was nuts and eventually told me to sit down. I just feel so useless because I'm not contributing to the bills or anything :(

Try reading a few good books? Take sometime to enjoy a few things it will be more difficult to do once baby arrives

I wish i could sleep these last few weeks away as well..But with Logan my 2 year old, it's impossible. Plus with him being sick and out of school right now, i'm about to lose my mind. lol

I am 31 weeks and I feel the same way. My biggest relief is going to work on the weekends. Try taking up a project like knitting or crocheting. I love to crochet and it passes the time. I have finished one blanket and I am working on a second one. Focusing on the pattern takes my mind off of things and it does feel good when you finish a project.

Ugh I wish I could sleep! I haven't slept a full night in forever, my mind is just too active. I should start to crochet, I'll have to learn how :o

I would love to learn how to coupon

I am 35 weeks and I watch a child daily all day so that occupy's me but before that I would just like you said clean my house over and over. I would get so bored and antsy so I would look for things to do or organize in the baby's room, read baby books, watch movies and nap like all day long. That was basically it, I will probably just clean my house and just watch TV/movies and nap all day once I am done watching this child for good after this week.
