Hey ladies! Can you tell me what your normal gym routine is? I am about to join this really small fitness center in my tiny town and I would love to know what your routine is so I can figure out what all to do! I love weights and hate cardio and was reading up on how you can lose a ton of weight and tone by lifting weights. Anyone else do this? Thanks for any input!

Studies say you should weight lift first and then move on to cardio to help you burn fat faster.

I do my stretching, abs, muscle for the day and then cardio

I go to gym two times a day at morning time and evening time.
At morning time I spend 1 hour and at evening time I spend half hour.
I think it is enough time for the exercising to keep me fit and build my muscles.
