This thread, is mainly so I can track what I am eating during the day & how much I am working out.
I really need to go on a diet & would like to drop a couple of pounds before the new year.
I have never ever ever ever posted pictures of my body without a shirt on, so posting these is a very big step for me...

Good luck! I use MyNetDiary on my phone. It helped me lose 30 lbs in two months.
Don't be too discouraged about the numbers on the scale. When I was doing the 30 day shred I was loosing inches, but not weight.

I also measure myself. Because I realized when I started working out the numbers aren't as important as the measurements.
I'm starting my weight loss journey too! I lost 65lbs in 2011 and then got pregnant again and gained it all back :( how tall are you? I weighhed about the same the first time. I'm not sure what i weigh now but probably close to it again

I'll join ya! I was gonna make my own thread...but I haven't.
As of today 10-19-2012 I am 5'2 and 235 lbs.
