Thanks. My goal was 10 minutes but I over shot it a bit. I don't know about anyone else but ever since I started this challenge I fall asleep super easy at night and sleep like the dead! LOL

That's funny my quads are killing me! And my back hurts pretty good too! Arms are fine though!

i can do squats all day it takes a lot to get my legs sore
i never ever do push ups so thats why they are killing me lol

Do you ever squat below the 90 degree angle? Crossfit squats go all the way down to where your butt almost hits the floor. It feels really weird at first but it's actually better on your knees.

If it's not challenging you the way you do them now, try to go deeper like that. When you go all the way to the bottom like that and you hit the bottom it actually gives you a little spring to help you get back up!

day 6... 8min 33 sec, i did the proper crossfit squats n sit ups. stiill on my knees for push ups.
