I had only snacked today while at work and when I came home.. I was sitting down and started to get a huge migraine, and then a lot of pressure in my head, then i got real bad vertigo and had to go in to the bathroom, volatile vomiting and my mother is like lets check your sugar cause you might be low and your kind of clammy.. so we did and it was 66 is that low? Idk jack about glucose.

66 is very low, ideally it would be around 90 - 110ish maybe a bit lower or higher depending on your baseline.

super duper low... eat something! drink some OJ and get some food in that belly! having your sugar low would trigger the headache and even possibly vomitting and nausea...

If its low, carbs are key. I have GD, which is the complete opposite, so try some crackers, toast is good. Orange juice/apple juice also work wonders.

I never really thought about glucose levels before.. but they can really affect you alot more than I thought. I definitely gotta make sure I dont get low again, it was craptastic.

I have type 2 diabetes and anything below 70 is considered low. But as stated it also depends on your baseline. I start feeling nauseous/vomiting when I hit the mid 70's. I keep apple juice boxes as well as small bottles of OJ on hand. And carry glucose tables in my purse.
Whenever you think your sugar is that low, eat first, then test. Its more important to get some sort of food in you first than it is to check your levels. Too low can be life threatening to both you and baby.
Good luck.
