Thanks, I'm planning on cutting out all breads and anything that produces high amounts of sugar. No soda and lots of raw veggies :). I love veggies so that should be easy.

I have just had my "I had it" moment.

I wear a uniform to work, and it's been so tight since I've been back to work after maternity leave. BUT I am 9 months pp, and still weigh 150 when I am used to 120 (I am 5'5"). I hate it. So I became super aware of what i eat. Keep a food diary, and have lost 5lbs in 10 day

That's awesome! I'm gonna do the food journal thing too. Thanks for the idea. I think that could really help me. It will probably help me see what foods work and what ones don't :).

Great plan! I have been eating clean for almost 3 months now and it has worked wonders. Hang in there! After week 3 or so, it becomes second nature.

I have always battled weight after my 8 TH baby I weighed 139 that is small for me cause i'am top heavy, now after my last 2 and getting older and thinking too of 1 more I really do not want to come into another pregnancy at this unhealthy weight currently fluctuating in the 190's hate how I feel!! I also worked as a weight loss consultant at jenny craig its just to expensive if you don't work there:(
