I am curious about this product. I have a girl on my facebook who swears by them, and says they are the best thing that has ever happened to her as far as weight loss goes. I would like to try them, but I am REALLY sceptical. First of all, it seems like something that would work while you were taking it, but if you ever tried to go back to eating normally would just cause you to gain the weigh back. I don't know.. I guess 90 calories per meal just doesn't seem healthy or safe for the body. Then I was told that they have other products in the kits that ensure you get all the nutrients and vitamins that you need. I just don't want to waste my money on something that is unhealthy, doesn't work, or only works while you take it.

If you have taken it please share you expirience!!

Its false advertising. The 90 calories does not count the milk and/or smoothie it suggests. It's just another protein shake type of thing. Save your money and get cheaper powdered supplements. It's really just another fad diet that is way over priced. It's one of those things where people think the price means it really works and its going to be this true miracle product. What they don't realize is its exactly like other products that have been on the markets for decades.. Just a new name and new flavor for the moment.

The shakes are delicious, and there's sooo much you can do with them. You can lose a lot of weight that way, but you gotta be committed to it.

Be committed to healthy eating and exercise. It's not really the shakes helping weight loss. It's getting more motivated because you just dropped $50-200 bucks for powder in a bag. You can do the EXACT same thing with soy protein shakes. It's mind over matter. It's like people claiming that the HCG diet works. Well, it works because of the other things you do-the product has nothing to do with it per se. My uncles are bodybuilders; I am getting back to weight training with them and fitness perfection. These things have always been a hot topic in our gym. It costs very little if not nothing to lose weight unless you have a true medical issue behind it. Focus on getting healthy, not fad dieting because it fails long term 99% of the time. Ever hear about an IFDD cycle?

The only diet that ever worked for me and I've been able to keep the weight off even by slipping for a couple of months is the South Beach Diet. No carb, tons of protein, tons of water, tons of vegetables with limited amount of fruits due to the sugar and steady exercise has helped tons. It's not easy actually difficult because once you cut out so many things out you can see how much you body was hooked on the sugars and fats that do all this harm to your body. There was no shake, no supplements, and protein powder because you get that from all the food you eat unless you want to add a multivitamin, that's fine. It's the only healthy eating lifestyle which didn't have hard fall backs. I plan to get back on it after the baby but do phase two so I can have the right calorie intake to make enough breastmilk. I was planning on trying Body by Vi but decided not to because I didn't want to lose all this money I wouldn't get in results.

All it is is a fad to make the makers money! Any diet that costs big money and you have to keep paying for it, isn't really helping you..

I'm glad I have been doing research.. it's exactly what I thought it would be.. another fad. I have lost almost a hundred pounds since having my daughter and am at that point where i have the last 15 or so to go and was hoping this would be my answer... guess not. Oh well, good old fashioned exercise and healthy eating it is.. at least I know it's results that I can maintain!
