State an opinion (or opinions) you hold that is controversial and tends to receive backlash and raised eyebrows.

One of mine is that abortion should be a more normalized healthcare service. The time frame to have an elective abortion should be extended until twenty weeks (just before the age of viability). Also, there should be a minimum of five clinics per state... Kentucky only has one abortion clinic, and it's right on the border of Indiana. That is just ridiculous to me.

Anyway, what are yours?

That nobody other than the person whose body it is should have any say in what you do with your own.

Convicted rapists and molesters likely to reoffend should have forehead tattoos that say "RAPIST" and short haircuts.

Nah. I dunno. I'm sorta just posting to see what everyone else says, this sounds like fun.

That the welfare system fosters complacency, making it easier to never be motivated to become independent. While I don't have the answer to fix this, I believe something needs to change. (Obviously not everyone on it fits into this picture)

I think people that say the goverment shouldn't have a say in the reproductive issues shouldn't expect their abortions, birth control, deliveries, etc to be paid for. That's like going to Walmart and expecting someone to pay for your condoms because you can't afford more kids IMO.

Also, I don't think weed should be legalized.

I think corporate punishment should be the first method of dealing with criminals. I think a good 20 lashes would do more than a measly few days in jail or whatever.

I *sort of* agree with you, and I'd fully agree if I thought I had a solution.

Not sure but when I lived in KY I had a scare and was going to have to actually go into Indiana to get an abortion if I was actually pregnant. (I wasn't.)

That we should put all convicted murderers and child molesters on an island for them to run around and kill each other.

That consenting adults should be able to do whatever the f**k they want, even if that means getting in a cage and fighting each other to the death.

In some cases, people just need the shit slapped out of them to fix what's wrong with them.
ETA: For me this doesn't apply to anyone below the age of 16. Maybe 13 depending on the individual (like me at 13, lol).

Haha.
In Florida high-risk sex offenders are put in a state hospital run by DOC.

Just because someone squeezed a baby out of their vagina doesn't always make them the best parent to raise the child. I think there should be more rights for fathers in custody cases.

Marijuana and prostitution should be legalized, regulated and taxed.
