I think broccoli, Brussels and others have that. Cooking them is better if you have these issues. Idk too much about thyroid but I d take kelp with iodine occasionally. I have.noticed my throat hurts some since eating daily spinach and kale. Am going to have my thyroid checked. It was fine a few months ago. So it could all be in my head lol

How do you like paleo? I am type a blood type and I thinking cutting meat is best for me but I don't want gluten and everything a bout dairy sickens me.



I am feeling like I can't eat much bc i want to.limit sugar too and fruit is full of it. I think I have a candida issue. Have to heard of eat right go you blood type?



Ugh I am disgusted with gmos and such
