So I had my son three months ago by c section. I have already had one period in September and this past week I started getting lots of discharge like I was ovulating. Today though on my left side it is so crampy and hurts like a pulled muscle or like it did right after my c section. I can barely walk. It doesn't hurt anywhere else.

could this just be me ovulating and it's just extremely painful? Or is it possible i may have hurt myself and I am healing again? I havent done anything different. Ugh I just want this to go away. I have three kids to care for.

I was told by my OB that after a c-section it's more painful every period and when you ovulate.
I'm 17 months pp from a c-section and it is still more painful than normal when I ovulate.

I agree it gets more painful after each one. I have had three! But I don't remember it being this bad. Maybe it's scar tissue too

It might be. I had an ultrasound done on my ovaries to check for cysts because of the pain I was feeling. But the technician said that it "could be from scar tissue and because of what the c-section does to your insides".
My OB said if I went on the pill or any other form of hormone birth control it could help with the pain.
You might want to call your OB and see if the pain gets too bad for you .
