I'm afraid of how my body will be after I have lo. My mom and sister don't have a saggy belly. Is that kind of thing genetic? This will be my first full term pregnancy, and I'm scared. I've had body issues up until the last three to four years, now I fear that my body may be ruined.

It is rare for someone's body to go back exactly the way it was pre-pregnancy.

Genetics plays a part, but you also need to eat healthy and exercise.

This.
I like to think the women who do nothing and snap back are freaks of nature lol but with a healthy diet and excercise you can get your body somewhat back!
Congrats OP!!

Thank you :D I don't expect to be exactly the same. Christina aguilera looks 10X better than she did before, as does my sister. Very intimidating.
