I always donated what I didn't use. I would never sell it.

It's illegal. It's defrauding the government. Donation is different.

It's illegal and wrong. IMO if you know you're not going to need all of the things or money they grant you, just don't buy or take it in the first place. You don't have to use up every item on a WIC check. Now if you honestly make a mistake overestimating what you need, I see nothing wrong with donating the excess or giving it away. Free.

do give away some of my milk from wic only because I don't want it to go to waste. However I do not sell any of my food stamps because we need all of them. I have never even sold them when I had extra. I would give them to my mom. I do know people who sell them to pay a bill or but diapers etc. I think some of these people sell them for way to much money like 75 for 100 food stamps.

illegal and if you have enough extra at the end, that means you don't need it, and should ask for a reduction in benefits.

I believe it's illegal but someone told me it should be ok, because if they aren't going to use it, why not sell it and use the money to buy something they need. I personally believe it should be donated though...

Because it's not your food stamps to sell, it's the government, so if you have extras, you shouldn't be able to profit from it.

Because it's not theirs? It is food given by the government for nutritional purposes, not for a trip to the mall.

I think it's wrong to sell it but I have given away food items from WIC that others needed or were going to go bad before I used them.

It's not something i'm particularly concerned with. I wouldn't report it.
