what are some healthy recipes/ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner... i've just recently started counting calories and am having trouble keeping under my goal calorie intake set by myfitnesspal.com

I love fresh broccoli tossed with some olive oil, salt and pepper, and some minced garlic, and you can roast it or eat it raw :D

Breakfast : egg white omelets with fresh veggies, low sodium turkey bacon, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, fresh smoothies
Snacks: nuts, seeds, berries, granola, peanut butter and fruit, veggies and light dressing, dehydrated fruit, low sodium and fat cheese sticks, rice cakes, humnus
lunch: fresh deli meat, veggies and cheese drizzled with balsalmic vinegrette dressing wrapped in romaine lettuce leafs, quinoa and veggies, fresh spinach, kale, chard or arugula salads, baked chicken or fish with steamed veggies, fresh tuna, grilled chicken or salmon in lettuce wraps
Dinner: zucchini and squash mock pasta and veggies in red sauce, cauliflower crust and veggie topping with turkey pepporoni and light cheese, stuffed peppers, stir fry in coconut.or olive oil, bean or lentil soup, stews and soups made fresh, brown rice and veggies,
