not sure if you like all this, but an easy meal i made the other day was skillet chicken. I sauteed some mushrooms and bacon (or mushrooms and onions if you want) in a pan with butter and worchestershire (??). in a separate pan I browned up a bag of tyson precooked fajita meat chicken, just to give them a grilled taste. I poured the mushrooms and bacon over the chicken and covered with slices of muenster cheese (you can use any soft cheese like mozzerella if you want) and simmered until the cheese melted.

I'll be making a chicken and broccoli casserole. Just cook the chicken (I'm boiling it) and using this frozen broccoli and cheese thing. Stir that altogether with a can of cheese soup and top the mixture with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Yum!

I like making chicken breast cutting it into strips and putting it in Pitas with raspberry vinegret, spinach and parmasean cheese. YUMMO! OH and diced tomatoes. Pesto is good instead of the dressing too.
