I am deciding to start toning more this week, I want to try to do enough to where maybe I won't have excess skin after I lose weight. A tummy tuck will never be in the cards for me, unless we win the lottery or something so I want to try to have as less as possible. What's the best way to do this?
Here is my plan:
100 pushups, 100 regular crunches
and Friday I will repeat monday plus a 30-60 min walk everyday but Sat/Sun I plan on working my way up to a run.
Would this be good? I found them on pinterest and they are temporary till I can get a few workout DVDS and I'm getting an exercise ball tomorrow.
Also, how long does it take for your body to get used to a workout and I will have to do more to tone? How much should I increase it?
Sorry for the messed up post at first, my computer is a POS! :)
Dang...I was going to try it too...if I knew what those exercises where.
jillian micheals no more trouble zones is a good toning video too if u want to mix it up
I just do 30 push ups, 30-50 crunches depending on how motivated I am that day. 2 sets of 60 second planks, 3 sets of 10 butterflies with weights I usually mess around witht he weights for a while doing different lifts. I do it all while watching tv or with DD because she loves to do it with me.
That looks like an okay workout but I don't know what some of those exercises are.
Quoting Tani.:" Dang...I was going to try it too...if I knew what those exercises where."
I googled them :)
