Okay so work-out night 3.



i was SOOOO sore when i woke up this morning, it took every ounce of self motivation to not just sit on my fat lazy smurf and eat candy instead of working out tonight.



But i worked out. did my 30 sit-ups, did the leg lifting things, the elbow and knee things, and 20 push-ups (which is 10 more then what i had been doing) i still feel pathetic for even being sore, but im pushing through the pain, it didnt help that my mom was making me laugh the entire time i was working out and that the kitten was trying to attack my hair lol.



Imma try to keep this up, my mom says i need to work out in the morning, but to be completely hoonest i have absolutly no motivation to work out in the morning! It takes every ounce of my self motivation to even get out of bed in the morning lol

Great job! Just keep fighting through it, you can do it :).



I tried doing insanity and it was way too hard for me. On Monday I started doing Brazilian Butt lift and I LOVE it!!!!

i couldnt do a video, they usually want me to do way more then i actually can do, im trying to work up to being able to do more but gah im getting so sore lol, having a baby definatly got me out of shape lol, but hey atleast i get to reward myself with a nice warm bed lol and indulge myself in a butterfinger lol

You can just go online and look it up, you can try ebay too.



OP, I am skinny but extremely out of shape! I know what you mean but you can always pause it take a min and focus on your breathing. I think that is what helps me the most. I got a lot of stomach cramps with insanity and it was unbearable to continue but this one is so much better, it's basically just dancing.

dancing's always fun. It's gonna take every ounce of self motivation i have to work out tonight, im exhausted! DS kept me up most of the night lol But i know if i dont do it tonight then i prolly wont do it tomorrow night and what not.

i wish i could. sadly i dont have that much motivation my main thing is i want to lose my stomach and firm it up, and id really like to loose about 20-25 pounds.

That's what the group is for! To give you motivation! Anyway, no hard feelings if you don't want to! You look great already btw! I didn't get the motivation to work out again after my son until around 10 months pp. Too sleep deprived! Just keep at it! You will get there!
